If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit.
Returns
We accept returns for store credit only on eligible items.
To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of smoke, deodorant, and perfume
- All original tags must be attached (if applicable)
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Window
All returns must be requested and shipped within 7 days of delivery.
We use the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier to determine eligibility.
Returns sent after this window will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
We provide return labels through our return portal for your convenience.
- A $10 return fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover shipping
- Please ensure your return is shipped back within the 7-day window
Store Credit
- Store credit will be issued via email once your return is processed
- Please allow up to 3 business days after delivery for processing
- Credit will be sent to the email used at checkout
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- All purses, bags, and bag straps
- All jewelry (including earrings)
- All hair accessories
- All trucker hats
- Limited edition items
Additionally, any item purchased at 25% OFF or more is considered final sale.
These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
Due to our small team and fast-moving inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, you can:
- Return your item for store credit and place a new order, or
- Purchase the new item first and use your store credit once issued
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please use our return portal and select the appropriate option.
You’ll be asked to provide details and photos so we can assist you quickly 🤍
Missing Items
We carefully check every order, but if something is missing, please email us within 2 days of delivery.
Include your order number so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Price Adjustments
We are unable to offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
Please ensure any promotions or discounts are applied before completing checkout.
Holiday Items
Items purchased for specific holidays are not eligible for return after the holiday has passed.
To qualify, returns must be requested and approved before the holiday date.
